White Sage & Sweet Grass -Sweetgrass smudge is a practice of burning sweetgrass, a type of grass that symbolizes kindness, to invite positive energy. It is often used in combination with sage, which clears negative energy.
 Sweetgrass does not burn well by itself, so it needs to be lit and waved to produce smoke.
