Welcome to the Empowered Mature Goddess Waning Moon Circle — a sacred, joyful space where women come together to embrace and navigate the journey of menopause and beyond.
This circle is for those biologically assigned female at birth who identify as women, gathering to celebrate the wisdom, joy, and empowerment that come with this phase of life. Here, we honor the wise woman, the goddess within, and the vibrant self that continues to unfold with decades of experience, passion, and play.
🌙 About the Circle
This sacred space also brings to light the untold stories of menopause and the croning process — the parts of this journey often left unspoken.
Menopause can bring many changes: night sweats, mood swings, midlife transitions, and deep emotional shifts. Instead of facing these experiences in silence or isolation, we gather in sacred sisterhood to support, uplift, and educate one another.
Together, we embrace the waning moon time of life — a phase of strength, wisdom, and renewal. We share insights, practices, and encouragement while finding joy and empowerment in this beautiful transformation.

This particular circle is lovingly designed for those experiencing the physical and emotional transitions of menopause.
We ask that others join our many other inclusive events so that this sacred space can remain dedicated to those navigating this unique passage of womanhood.

(This is a monthly circle — December, January, and February may shift to Zoom for winter safety.)

Registration: Required. We can only accommodate 10 in person.
After in-person spots are filled, you may register for Zoom.
If you cannot attend, please text or call 603-275-7688 so we can open your space for another sister.
